The meaning behind βYour Radiance, Unveiledβ

As a makeup artist, the first thing I do with anyone who sits in my chair is take in all the features that make you, you.Makeup is a transformative art, and my goal is to use it in a way that transforms how you feel about yourself. Oftentimes, you find yourself in my chair before a big moment - whether it's your own wedding, a loved one's, an important event, or simply because you want to explore a different version of yourself. If you leave my chair feeling completely and authentically you, then it has been my honour.
Having the privilege of being part of these moments, big and small, is why I love what I do. It's why I embrace the early mornings, the hours spent cleaning brushes, and the endless learning that goes into creating each look and style.
My beginnings
All my life, Iβve been drawn to the arts, and naturally, my hands could never stay still. From illustration to jewelry-making and crochet, all of my passions always revolved around creating.
When I discovered makeup, it was fascinating to work on a face, instead of a blank canvas. A blank canvas allows you to create whatever you imagine, but makeup asks you to consider the features, the individuality, and the person in front of you. When I first started out, of course, that person was me. I had to learn to consider not only my features, but also how makeup made me feel about myself.
What began as a personal journey of embracing my own features grew into something much more meaningful - something that I wanted to share with others. Makeup is often dismissed as being βtoo muchβ, but I believe that its power lies in the thoughtfulness behind its application. For me, makeup was a way of building genuine connections with others, and through my artistry, I bring out what makes them uniquely beautiful.
